Daywoven Privacy Notice

Manual drafts, important dates and memories you choose to keep are stored on your device unless you choose an online account or AI feature. Local photo copies and video covers are not automatically uploaded. Map coordinates you confirm are cached on this device for the trip. If you allow access, Daywoven uses your photo library for selected memories, and calendar or reminder permissions for the actions you choose. Apple or your device backup settings may separately back up local data.

Apple sign-in and Supabase authentication may process your Apple account identifier and an email or private relay address. The service uses your account identifier to keep cloud records with their authorized owner. Online AI requests, generated answers, account preferences you choose to upload, and edits to cloud-saved trips such as selected place names and address hints may be stored with your account. Confirmed map coordinates are not uploaded with the trip. The first release does not offer partner pairing, shared plans or two-person confirmation.

Sign-in asks for agreement to the terms and a separate AI data disclosure. Both choices are required to complete online sign-in; manual local features remain available without signing in. A saved, current AI consent applies to later requests without asking on every message. A changed disclosure must be reviewed and accepted again. Requests can send your message, relevant history from that conversation, conditions and preferences you entered, and a current proposal when you ask to revise it, through the Daywoven backend to DeepSeek. Daywoven does not automatically attach your photo library, system calendar details, private wishes or unrevealed answers. Text you choose to type may itself contain personal information. Map place searches use Apple MapKit results for a name or address; you confirm the intended result. Daywoven does not request your current device location for this search. AI suggestions are drafts; Daywoven does not verify live weather, opening hours, prices, routes or bookings.

Apple processes subscription payments. Daywoven receives purchase and subscription identifiers, product and expiry or revocation status needed to verify the purchasing account’s access. We do not receive your card number. The service keeps generation jobs, allowance records and operational logs needed to process requests, avoid duplicate use and investigate errors. Supabase hosts account and service data in the US East region. Authentication and request logs may contain IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, response status and errors for operation and security. DeepSeek processes AI requests under its own applicable terms and practices. Its privacy policy describes processing and storage in China and uses that may include improving its models. Daywoven does not promise an API-specific no-retention or no-training exception, or a fixed deletion time for provider backups or logs.

Use Me → Privacy and terms → Delete account to delete your sign-in identity and its online conversations and records. Independent plans and memories saved on this phone, original photos and calendar items outside the app remain. Minimal content-free deletion, usage and purchase records may remain for recovery and entitlement reconciliation. An interrupted deletion can be continued from the same screen. Deleting a Daywoven account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
